1.1 How long will it take for my item to ship?
Shipping typically takes 3-7 days, depending on where in the country the package is going.
1.2 When will my order ship?
All orders with merchandise in stock are shipped out the next day.
1.3 What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee varies. It depends on the weight, size, and location that the package is being shipped. At the end of the ordering process, you will see your shipping charge. If you have a large order with multiple items or an international order or an order in need of faster shipping, please call us for a shipping quote at 859-985-3197.
1.4 How do I cancel my order?
You can either select the cancel option on the website or contact us at (859) 985-3197. As long as the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel the order.
1.5 How do I return or exchange my order?
We will return or exchange non-clearance items within 30 days of customer purchase as long as the item is in its original packaging. We will cover shipping costs when the error is ours such as a wrong or damaged items. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all other returns/exchanges. Clearance sales are final.
1.6 What do I do if a product arrives damaged?
Please call us if you receive your package and the items are damaged at 859-985-3197. We want to ensure your satisfaction.
1.7 What do I do if my package never arrives?
Please contact us if you have not received your package within 10 days. Although most shipping in the US has returned to normal, some oversized packages are still taking longer to get to their destination because of the many impacts of Covid. However, if you have not received your package within 10 days to two weeks, please call us so that we can track down your package. 859-985-3197.

No, unfortunately, we currently do not have that option.
2.2 What forms of payment does the Visitor Center & Shoppe accept?
The Visitor Center & Shoppe online store accepts MC, Visa, Discover, American Express. In store, we accept all the same credit cards plus cash and checks.
2.3 What is the sales tax in Kentucky?
All in state transactions, either in store or online, are charged Kentucky state sales tax of 6%. Purchases shipped outside of Kentucky are not charged sales tax.
3.1 Information About Berea College
- Berea College was founded in 1855 by Reverend John G. Fee.
- Berea was founded on the idea that all people are created equal and all people deserve an education, regardless of race or gender. Berea College was the first interracial, co-educational college in the South.
- Since the early 1900’s, all students have attended Berea College tuition-free.
