2.1 What do I do if my order never arrives?

Please contact us if you have not received your package within 10 days. Although most shipping in the U.S. has returned to normal, some oversized packages are still taking longer to get to their destination because of the many impacts of Covid. However, if you have not received your package within 10 days to 2 weeks, please contact us so that we can track down your package by phone at 859-985-3220 or by email at [email protected].

2.2 Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

As long as the order hasn't shipped, it can be canceled and you can place a new order. You can either select the cancel option on the website or contact us by phone at 859-985-3220 or by email at [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.

3.1 If I bought an item of clothing a while ago, will you still carry it?

Our clothing is designed by students. So, most of the time we will not carry the same designs from the past. If you a question about reordering certain products or items in stock, please contact us at 859-985-3220 or by email at [email protected].

4.1 Can I pay for items in installments?

No, unfortunately, we currently do not have that option. 

4.2 What forms of payment does the Visitor Center & Shoppe accept?

The Visitor Center & Shoppe online store accepts MC, Visa, Discover, American Express. In store, we accept all the same credit cards plus cash, checks, and mobile pay.

4.3 What is the sales tax in Kentucky?

All in state transactions, either in store or online, are charged Kentucky state sales tax of 6%. Purchases shipped outside of Kentucky are not charged sales tax.

5.1 What is your return policy?

We will return or exchange non-clearance items within 30 days of the purchase as long as the item is in its original packaging.

Clearance sales are final.  

5.2 How do I return or exchange my instore purchase?

As long as your item is in its original condition with the tag still attached, you can bring it and the receipt to the Visitor Center and we can refund the amount by original payment method, by store credit using a gift card, or you can exchange the item.

5.3 How do I return or exchange my online purchase?

We will cover shipping costs when the error is ours such as a wrong or damaged items. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all other returns/exchanges. Contact us to discuss return options by phone at 859-985-3220 or by email at [email protected]

5.4 Can I return or exchange an item instore if it was purchased online?

Yes, items purchased online can be refunded or exchanged instore for the cost paid for the product (shipping fee is excluded) as long as the item is in its original condition.

5.5 What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

5.7 Can I return a gift I was sent?

Gifts can be returned within 30 days of the purchase as long as they are in their original condition. The name of the purchaser must be given so the sale can be located.

Shipping typically takes 3-7 days, depending on where in the country the package is going and the shipping method chosen.

In stock orders are shipped out the following business day, depending on student staff availability.

The shipping fee varies depending on the weight, size, and shipping location of the package. At the end of the ordering process, you will see your shipping charge. 6.4 Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, each order can only have one shipping address. So, you will have to make a new order for each address.

6.5 Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

Yes, we are able to ship internationally! The order has to be placed over the phone because our website will not process international orders. To place a phone order, call us at 859-985-3220.
